Terms of Purchase
In ordering a Moola Street Card, you, the purchaser, understands that your credit card will initially be charged 10% of your order total and that your recipient has up to 3 months to redeem your Moola Street Card in exchange for up to 3 different retail gift cards offered on MoolaStreet.com totaling an equal value to the Moola Street Card purchased. The 3 month period will commence from the date you place your order on MoolaStreet.com and the applicable expiration date will be provided to your recipient via email or print depending on your selected delivery method.
Redemption of a Moola Street Card is understood to be when your recipient makes their selection of up to 3 different retail gift cards offered on MoolaStreet.com totaling a value equal to the Moola Street Card purchased, provides Moola Street, Inc. with a shipping address or email address (for ecode retail gift cards) as designated by the recipient, and the total balance of your purchase has been paid in full.
At the time of redemption we will attempt to charge your credit card with the remaining 90% balance on your Moola Street Card order. A Moola Street Card will not be classed as redeemed until paid in full.
Any liability for the full balance of your Moola Street Card order at the time of redemption by your recipient belongs to you the purchaser. Moola Street is not held liable for any balance associated with your purchase and has no liability to your recipient.
Should funds not be available from your banking or credit card institution at the time of redemption, you will be notified immediately via email and provided with the opportunity to update your payment information. Your recipient will also be informed (nicely) that there was a problem processing your card, and again when your payment information has been updated, to inform them that their order has been processed after the receipt of payment from you the purchaser.
Should you be unable to pay the remaining balance of your Moola Street Card purchase when your recipient attempts to redeem, it is your responsibility to notify the recipient immediately regarding your situation.
Should the Moola Street Card expiration date pass while awaiting your payment information to be updated, your Moola Street Card will be classed as expired and therefore not redeemable by your recipient.
A Moola Street Card can only be redeemed on MoolaStreet.com and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Moola Street Cards are non-refundable.
The risk of loss and title for Retail Gift cards pass to the purchaser and recipient upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
Moola Street, Inc. will not be held liable for any non-delivery of emails in relation to the delivery of your Moola Street Card via email to the recipient, payment update information email(s) and any other email correspondence.
