How do I buy a Moola Street Card™?
Click the buy button at the top of any page and follow the instructions on screen. Basically you choose a value, choose a pretty picture, enter your friend's name and add it to your cart!
Do Moola Street Cards get delivered by email?
Yes, but you can also print your card if you prefer and give it your friend.
Can I choose what time the card is delivered by email?
Yes, you can choose exactly what date and time your card is delivered!
Will my emailed card go into my friends spam?
We've done everything possible to avoid this, and our email service is registered with all the major email providers like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL etc. If you have any concerns you can always print your card instead.
If my friend loses their card can I reprint it or email it again?
Yes, just log into your account and click on the link 'View cards I've purchased', from there you can print your card, or set another email delivery date in the future and your email will be resent.
What does a Moola Street Card™ look like?
They're beautiful of course! When you're on the order page you can click the "preview" button on any card and you'll see exactly what your card will look like. At the top of the preview window you can choose between "card" and "email" to see how your card will look in both formats.
What does the printed card look like?
Once the card is printed you fold it so it looks like a normal birthday or Christmas card. The design you chose is printed on the front, inside is your personal message and information on how your friend can redeem their card.
What if I order a card to be sent by email then decide I want to print it instead?
You can choose to print or email your card at any time until it gets redeemed. Just log into your account and click the link "View cards I've purchased'.
If I print my card, how do I fold it?
After printing out your card, we think it will be pretty obvious, but it only requires 2 folds, one long ways, then one width ways. When you're finished folding it, it should look like a standard birthday or Christmas card.
Is Moola Street secure?
Yes, all transactions are passed via a 2048 bit encrypted connection. Our credit card processors are the largest in the industry with the highest levels of security in the business.
How does someone redeem a Moola Street Card?
It's very easy. Every card comes with a unique code. Your recipient just visits moolastreet.com/redeem and enters the code provided. Once they've entered the code they can choose up to 3 gift cards, up to the value of the Moola Street Card you sent them.
How many gift cards can a Moola Street Card be redeemed for?
Your recipient can choose up to 3 gift cards, up to the value of the card you sent. So, for example, if you send Jimmy a $100 card, he could redeem it for a $25 Starbucks card, a $25 AMC Theaters card and a $50 Fandango Card.
What if my card is not redeemed inside 3 months?
You don't pay a penny more, the card is marked as expired and cannot be redeemed.
When does my card get charged the balance?
We don't charge you the balance until your recipient has selected which gift cards they want, entered their shipping address and clicked checkout.
What if my friend tries to redeem their card but my payment doesn't go through?
If your payment should fail for any reason, we'll show your friend a nice firendly message like "Oops there's been a hiccup with Jimmy's card" and we'll send you and email with a link to update your card information.
What if I can't pay the balance?
Give your friend a call and let them know times are tight, you never know, they might send you a Moola Street Card™ to cheer you up!
